Thank you for your interest in attending 罗文-卡巴鲁斯社区学院! The College provides educational opportunities for individuals who may not be citizens or residents of our regional service area. The school is authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant students. Non-immigrant students will be accepted to begin classes in the Fall semester only.

Step One: What is your student status?

A completed application, received no later than June 15 of the admission year.

财务文档: All financial documents must be originals. The College requires an official bank statement, notarized letter of support or sponsor bank statement showing that at least $20,500 (U.S. 美元) are available for tuition, fees, 书 and living expenses for one academic year. 如果没有担保人, an original and official document that shows the student has sufficient funds on deposit to support his or her tenure as a student ($20,每年500美元.S. 美元).

托福考试形式: A minimum score of 500 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), a minimum score of 173 on the computerized version, or a minimum Internet Based Test (IBT) score of Reading 17, 听17, 说16, 和写作. If any single score falls below the minimum, the IBT will not be considered. All scores must be received as official documents. TOEFL test scores must be within 2 years of the date of admission.

Forward a certified copy of his/her official high school diploma, transcript from all high schools and post-secondary institutions attended and an official U.S. educational evaluation of the documents. All educational records must be translated and evaluated by a reputable U.S. 评估机构.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to request official transcripts from the last high school(s) attended.

Official high school transcripts are required for:

请注意: Transcripts for financial aid purposes must include the graduation date.

Choose one of the following options for submitting your high school transcript to Rowan-Cabarrus.

If you did not request your high school transcript at the time of completing the CFNC 入学申请, you may log in to your CFNC account and choose to have your high school transcript sent directly to Rowan-Cabarrus at no cost, and our office will receive it almost immediately.
Contact your high school and follow their procedures for requesting your transcript be sent to the Rowan-Cabarrus address indicated below.

官方成绩单 must be received in a sealed envelope or sent electronically from the sending institution. Transcripts which have been opened, scanned, or faxed are not accepted.

High school or college outside of the U.S.

To be considered registered, students must pay tuition and fees. There will be no individual billing statements mailed to students. 浏览我们的付款方式了解更多信息.
